The National Nineteenth National Congress report pointed out that one of the most important measures in the rural revitalization strategy is the improvement of the rural human settlement environment and the care for special elderly groups.However,the trend of aging population structure in China is becoming more and more serious.Under the constraints of empty nesters,urban and rural medical security system imbalances,and economic conditions,like the left-behind children,rural elderly are in good health,mental health and society.There are also increasingly serious problems in communication.However,the attention,research and investment in this aspect of society are still in their infancy,and the improvement of the adaptability of the rural residential courtyard space environment will be an effective way to alleviate this contradiction and problems.Due to the special geographical conditions and cultural background,the courtyard space environment has become the basic space unit for the production,living and socialization of the elderly in rural areas,and the greening in the courtyard can greatly enhance the space quality of the courtyard and promote The elderly are healthy,mentally healthy,and improve social interaction activities.Through the literature analysis and integration of relevant resear ch,the interaction relationship between physical space environment elements and the health of the elderly is explored.Through the literature integration and preliminary determination of the evaluation layer of the evaluation system,the rooted theory is used to identify and evaluate each evaluation index based on a large number of literatures.The preliminary evaluation of the evaluation index system for the spatial elements of rural residential gardens in the cold areas in order to promote the health of the elderly in rural areas.According to the courtyard characteristics of the cold rural villages,through the multi-round questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews of the fuzzy Delphi method through the expert groups of related topics,the meaning and content of the index layer and indicators of the initially established evaluation system are revised and improved,and the construction is completed.An evaluation index system for the spatial elements of rural residential gardens in the cold areas to promote the health of the elderly in rural areas.Based on the expert's evaluation of the importance of the evaluation system,as the pre-test result of the performance performance of the indicator,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to conduct semi-structured interviews for the elderly living in the cold rural areas over 60 years old to quantify the performance of the evaluation indicators.Using the M-VIKOR method to evaluate the actual villages,the gap between the ideal state and the actual performance of each index is obtained,and the order of the gaps between the indicators is obtained to obtain the improvement focus of the evaluation indicators.The construction of the health evaluation index system for the green space in the cold rural areas can promote the healthy and aging improvement of the courtyard space in the cold rural areas,and form a systematic health and age assessment system for the rural residential garden green space in the cold regions.It provides a reference for the selection and decision-making of the early stage of the planning and design practice that promotes the health of the rural elderly in the cold regions.
