Since the reform and opening up,China's economy,science and technology,culture and other aspects have been greatly developed and improved,the rapid development of the economy has also led to the pace of urbanization,row upon row of high-rise buildings gradually filled with large and small cities.However,the continuous development of the construction industry has also to some extent exacerbated the competition in the market of its industry and the competition of scarce resources,resulting in many projects that can not be successfully completed within the planned schedule,and also increased the risk of project management.The expected objectives of quality,safety and cost will be affected.Therefore,the project schedule management is an important part of the project construction management,and it is an important means and measure to ensure that the construction project is completed on schedule,resources are reasonably supplied,and project costs are saved.At the same time,construction schedule management is also a major difficulty in project management.Good project construction schedule management can shorten the duration,avoid risks and obtain good economic benefits.This paper studies and analyzes the current situation of EZ Experimental Middle School construction project,uses risk management method to reverse the passive state of project progress control,actively identifies and evaluates project progress management risks,and combines experience method,BIM simulation method,and case analysis method.Improve the progress management plan to deal with the risk,finally put forward the corresponding progress plan to implement the safeguard measures,and carry out the progress management process monitoring and correction.The first part introduces the research background and significance of the thesis,the research status at home and abroad,and the main content of the thesis.The second part elaborates the theoretical basis and basic tools of the thesis research.The third part introduces the basic situation of the construction project of EZ Experimental Middle School,the status quo and problems of progress management.The fourth part improves the schedule management plan,adopts network planning map,experience method,BIM simulation method and other technical means,changes the schedule,re-determines key nodes,adjusts the process,optimizes the schedule management process and management measures.The fifth part puts forward the monitoring and implementation safeguard measures for the progress management of the EZ Experimental Middle School construction project.After analyzing and researching the contents of the previous sections,the management and control measures to ensure the progress of the project are proposed to ensure the smooth progress of the project.The sixth part summarizes the research of the full text,discusses the research ideas and methods of this paper,and obtains the results of the practical application of the construction project of EZ Experimental Middle School,and looks forward to the future work.
