| The object of this paper is the research on the progress management of the old school reconstruction project of GY village based on the beautiful countryside construction.The beautiful countryside construction refers to the building of new socialist countryside in the new city of the research on schedule management of the project not only need to have basic elements of engineering construction research,but also has its own special characteristics and requirements of the government.Firstly,through the research of project schedule management at home and abroad,introduces the general situation of GY village in the beautiful countryside construction and old school renovation project,and introduces the process of the construction of the beautiful countryside in the village of GY as a method of project schedule management without the use of science,resulting in the division of responsibilities is unknown,the quality of personnel is not strong,the project implementation process change plan such problems in the process of the project,resulting in the extension of time and increase the cost of the project plan.So in the next process of old school renovation project construction,to ensure the project to achieve the expected goal,must use scientific theories and methods of project management,planning and control of science for the whole project.Next to the old school renovation project for the actual starting point,using the theory and method of project management science,project schedule,project work breakdown structure(WBS),has working relationship and work duration,and then through the Microsoft Project software drawing project Gantt chart and network chart,calculate the key line project the preparation of a complete project schedule,establish project schedule management plan.Through this research,to provide reliable guidance for the implementation of GY village old school renovation project has achieved good results,and for the beautiful countryside construction project management to sort out the basic ideas,provide reference for future similar project schedule control. |
