The gateway metering device data collection system is the cornerstone of the grid enterprise intel igence and information management.It uses advanced automated data acquisition technology to collect,process,and transfer energy data from the gate metering device on a regular,on-demand basis to ensure accurate,real-time upload of the metering value to the master station.However,with the development and development of smart grids,many problems have been discovered in the actual data collection process of gateway metering devices.First of al,there are many kinds of communication protocol standards for gateway metering devices,which make the data acquisition system less reusable and difficult to maintain;secondly,the data collected by the data acquisition system is increasing,which brings great pressure on the storage and transmission of data.In view of the above problems,the paper deeply studies the collection and processing of energy data and mainly completes the following work:(1)For the inconsistency of communication protocol caused by the access of multiple gateway metering devices,the protocol analysis module was designed through the protocol of decoupling communication protocol,communication channel,and gateway metering device,optimizing the data collection process.The module describes the content of the data items of the communication protocol by defining the abstract data item type,which can effectively reduce the coupling of the description definition and the parsing work of the specific communication protocol.The data item parsing work has nothing to do with a specific communication protocol,so as to achieve the purpose of differentiating the stipulations of the shielded gate metering devices and other underlying equipment,and providing a unified format data to the master station system.(2)To solve the problem of large amounts of sampled data that cannot be transmitted in real time,research and select suitable data compression schemes and algorithms.Considering the complexity of the system,after analyzing the three schemes of data compression in the pulse signal acquisition phase,data packet upload phase,and data integration processing phase,the paper uses the unified algorithm to compress the data after the integration processing in the data integration processing phase.Then,the compression principles of commonly used compression algorithms in the data integration processing stage are analyzed,and the performance tests of these algorithms are performed.The compression performance test results are compared using the deflate algorithm as the data compression algorithm for the data integration processing stage.(3)Based on the above research,a data collection system for gateway metering devices based on IPC was designed and completed.The system can collect energy data including the gateway metering devices from Vishay and Red's equivalent manufacturers,compresses and transmits the collected gateway metering data in real time,and achieves a good compression effect.The feasibility and stability of this system have been verified in the Shanxi Provincial Metrology Center project.
