With the speed of industrialization process continues to accelerate,environmental pollution,ecological damage,greenhouse effect and other issues become increasingly prominent.The product is the basic unit of human production and life,it began in the design stage,and finally scrap stage,at each stage of the environment have a different impact.Therefore,in the product design phase to control its carbon emissions,is conducive to reducing energy consumption from the source,reducing greenhouse gas emissions.In this paper,the electric hammer product is used to analyze the carbon footprint of the whole life cycle,and as a constraint condition of product configuration design.This paper uses the extension theory to express the internal structure knowledge of the hammer product,uses the extension cluster analysis to classify the product structure,uses the cloud model theory to retrieve similar examples,and constructs the hammer product extension configuration design system to verify the theory.Firstly,based on the whole life cycle evaluation theory,the carbon footprint calculation process of electric hammer products is analyzed,the functional unit and the system boundary are determined.And collect and analysis the carbon footprint calculation list data,the carbon footprint calculation model is established to analyze the carbon footprint of the whole life cycle of the electric hammer product and calculate its carbon footprint,and as the constraint of product configuration design process.Secondly,by using the extension theory to expressthe knowledge of the internal structure of electric hammer products.Obtaining customer demand and determining the importance of customer demand by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Using QFD method to convert customer needs into product technology needs.In addition,the method of extension clustering is used to divide the electric hammer products into modules and build the product instance library so as to facilitate product configuration design later.Then,aiming at the shortage of the existing product case retrieval method,The paper proposes a similarity calculation method based on cloud model.The paper calculates the synthetic similarity between customer demand characteristics and existing product instance characteristics,and selects the product instance with the largest synthetic similarity degree as the extension transform object.Then analyze the incompatibility between eigenvalues of customer demand and existing product.To expand analysis the matter-element characteristic of product instance,and use the extension transformation method to modify the correlation matter-element characteristics and eigenvalues,then calculate the modified product compatibility,so as to propose the design model of hammer product extension configuration under carbon footprint constraint.Finally,on the basis of the above theoretical research,construction of electric hammer product extension configuration design system,analysis of the overall structure of the system and the function of each module,and complete the system function module interface development.The feasibility of the theoretical method is preliminarily verified.
