Research On Cuk Converter With Dual-Input Integrated Switching Inductors

In advocating green energy today,research on wind solar hybrid power generation systems is on the agenda.This paper studies a new type of dual input DC/DC converter for wind solar hybrid systems.After comprehensive analysis of several dual input DC/DC converters,a two-input basic Cuk converter structure was chosen.Its advantage is that it can access the two converted DC sources to supply power to the consumers,simplifying the circuit structure.,and the boost range is larger.In order to improve the performance of the dual input basic Cuk converter,a two input magnetically integrated Cuk converter with switched inductor is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the switched inductor unit is used as the input inductor and the two input inductors respectively in the two input basic Cuk converter,and two types of two input switched inductor converters are obtained.After analysis,the boost ratio of the converter can be greatly improved,and the boost voltage can be increased.Then,three kinds of dual-input magnetically integrated Cuk converters with switched inductor are obtained by using magnetic integration technology for switched inductor.The three kinds of new converters are analyzed in detail: step-up ratio,switching tube and diode voltage stress,inductor current ripple,etc.,And use simulation to verify;Study found that in the boost ratio,but also reduce the input inductor current ripple,in which the magnetic integration of two switched inductor dual input Cuk converter best performance,magnetic integrated two-switched inductor inductance dual input The boost ratio of the Cuk converter is 0.25 for the input inductor ripple factor.The performance of the proposed new converter is compared through the list.Two kinds of magnetic integration schemes are designed for the optimal performance of the magnetically integrated two-way dual-input Cuk converter with switched inductor.The parameter design and experimental testing of the magnetically integrated two input Cuk converter with two switched inductor are performed to verify the analysis of this paper.It shows that the two input magnetically integrated Cuk converter with switched inductor has excellent comprehensive performance and practical application value.
