Solar energy as a new energy source,Due to its advantages of no noise,no pollution emissions,clean and efficient,etc,it has gradually become one of the important power sources in the future.However,in the process of system power generation,there are problems that the system output voltage level is relatively low and has strong fluctuations.Therefore,it is necessary to design a DC to DC Boost converter that can increase the output voltage of the system output stability,high efficiency,and low current ripple to meet the requirements of the input side of the system’s post-stage inverter.But the traditional DC-DC converter is difficult to meet this requirement.Based on this situation,this article has carried out systematic research on the active switched inductor and switched capacitor combined Boost converter.First,on the basis of active switched inductance and switched capacitance,a type II active switched inductance unit and a type III active switched inductance unit are proposed,and these two units are combined with a boost converter.The working principle of the converter is analyzed,and the voltage gain,voltage stress of the switch and diode of the converter in DCM and CCM are deduced.Then,in view of the shortage of boosting capacity,high voltage stress of output diodes and switch tubes,etc,combined with the advantages of switched capacitors,type III active switched inductor Boost converters were combined with class I and class II switched capacitors,the magnetic integration technology is applied to the type II combined boost converter,form a type I combined boost converter and a type II combined boost converter.The working principle of the converter is analyzed,and the voltage gain,voltage stress of the switch and diode of the converter in DCM and CCM are deduced.Secondly,on the basis of type I combined boost converter and type II combined boost converter,the topology is extended,and a combined boost converter with multi-stage switched capacitors in series is proposed.And enumerate two-stage unit,calculate its voltage gain,voltage stress of switch tube and diode.Finally,the voltage gain,switch tube and diode voltage stress of the combined boost converter with multi-stage switched capacitors in series are derived.Finally,the inductance parameters,capacitance parameters,and switch parameters of the typeⅡcombination boost converter are designed,and the converter’s isolated drive circuit,sampling circuit,and power supply circuit are designed.And through the PSIM simulation software,the converter analyzed in this paper is simulated and verified.It is concluded that compared with the type II active switching inductor unit,the type III active switching inductor unit is better at improving the voltage gain of the converter and reducing the voltage stress of the switching tube and the diode;TypeⅠcombined boost converter and typeⅡ combined boost converter are better at improving converter voltage gain and reducing voltage stress of switch diode.On the basis of the laboratory,an experimental prototype with a power of 132 W was built for the type II combined boost converter.The correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified through experiments and simulations.The paper has 62 pictures,8 tables and 54 references.
