| The construction of the railway logistics center can improve the hub collection and distribution function of the railway facilities,and gradually form a large-scale modern logistics center in the region to meet the multi-level and all-round demand of the railway transportation.As one of the important links in the railway freight transportation system,the railway logistics center needs to integrate the modern logistics concept into the existing station facilities and develop a modern railway logistics center with multi-functional and multi-goods categories.This paper takes this as a starting point,predicts the freight volume of modern railway logistics center by combined forecasting method,and uses the improved SLP method to carry out layout planning.The main contents are as follows:1.Research and analysis of domestic and foreign literatures,summarizing the current situation of railway logistics centers at home and abroad and the inadequacies of domestic railway logistics centers,understanding the basic concepts of railway logistics center and railway logistics center layout,and summarizing the layout planning The basic idea.2.The basic idea of freight volume forecasting in railway modern logistics center is expounded.The grey relational degree analysis method is used as the method of screening the influencing factors of freight volume,and the forecasting method is determined as a combined forecasting model based on grey model and neural network.Seven key influencing factors with strong correlation with freight volume were selected as forecasting indicators to forecast freight volume.The results show that the combined forecasting method has higher precision.3.Pointing out the deficiencies in the traditional SLP approach,virtual functional zones are added to calculate and quantify the logistics and non-logistics correlationcoefficients.An optimization model with the minimum total transportation cost and the largest overall correlation coefficient as the objective function is established.The genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal solution,and the final solution is obtained.4.Taking the Yinchuan South Freight Yard Railway Logistics Center as an example,based on the analysis of its current situation and existing problems,the method proposed in this paper is used to forecast the freight volume and optimize the layout planning. |
