In the operation process of gas pipeline,the fault is often affected by various factors.After gas leakage,fire and explosion accidents are easily caused,resulting in casualties and property losses.In this paper,the operational failure analysis of urban gas pipelines is taken as the research subject,and semi-quantitative fault mode analysis is adopted to make statistics and analysis of the defects and weak links in the reliability of the pipeline network system,providing basis for improving the quality and reliability of the system and laying a foundation for the risk management and emergency rescue of gas pipelines.This paper applies FMECA analysis method to conduct semi-quantitative analysis of various faults in the operation of urban gas pipelines,find out the causes of pipeline faults,the probability of faults,and analyze the hazards of various faults,so as to provide references for the management,prevention and operation maintenance of pipeline faults.By analyzing the cause of accident with high fault rate and studying it as the top event of fault tree,urban gas enterprises can determine the cause of pipeline network accident more scientifically,conveniently and quickly.Based on the study results of fault tree,safety management measures were developed.Take precautions before the occurrence of adverse events,and respond scientifically after the occurrence of accidents.
