As an important energy source in modern construction and daily life,natural gas has the advantages of cleaning and convenient.In this paper,based on the characteristics of urban gas pipelines,semi-quantitative risk assessment of gas pipelines is carried out,and semi-quantitative risk assessment of gas pipelines is carried out from three aspects:gas pipeline failure fault tree establishment,failure consequence analysis and risk grade division.A set of theories and methods for semi-quantitative risk assessment of urban gas pipelines was initially formed.This paper studies the risk assessment and management of urban gas pipelines.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Using the basic principle of risk assessment,the fault tree of urban gas pipeline is established by accident tree analysis method,and the minimum cut set,minimum path set and structural importance of each basic event are determined.Through the analysis of the importance of the structure of the accident tree,it is concluded that the main cause of the failure of the underground gas pipeline in the city is the damage,corrosion,misuse and damage of the auxiliary equipment.(2)In the analysis of the consequences of pipeline failure,the event tree analysis method is mainly used to analyze the probability of various consequences modes after failure.Using PHAST software to simulate the consequences of pipeline leakage,the leakage hazard range under the most serious conditions can be obtained.(3)Discussed the principle of selecting the evaluation index of urban underground gas pipelines,and based on the risk assessment index system of index method,determined the factors of various levels of urban underground gas pipeline risk assessment index system based on the analysis of accident tree.The factors affecting the failure of urban underground gas pipelines and the consequences of failure are scored according to the method of index evaluation.(4)Through the risk assessment of a city gas pipeline in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing City,the pipeline risk grade is obtained,the feasibility of the semi-quantitative risk assessment method proposed in this paper is verified,and the safety of urban underground gas pipeline is improved.
