Development And Layout Study Of Leisure Industry In Taihu Area Around Suzhou

Rural revitalization is one of the seven strategies launched by the party’s 19 th congress,and it is also a long-term national policy in China’s development.This paper first summarizes the relevant theoretical basic research and research summary based on the research background of the development path of rural revitalization,expounds the relationship between urbanization and rural revitalization,and analyzes the international advanced cases to provide some experience.Drawing lessons from the general course of rural development in advanced countries in the world,this paper draws inspiration from it and summarizes the course of rural development in China,and provides a basis for the construction of the index system.Secondly,this paper discusses the current situation of Xuzhou’s rural development,studies the achievements it has made and the problems and shortcomings it has encountered in its development.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of rural development in Xuzhou,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of rural revitalization,which includes five aspects: rural industry revitalization index,rural livable environment index,rural civilization index,rural governance effectiveness index,and rural living affluence,and makes a comprehensive evaluation of rural revitalization in Xuzhou,and according to the scores of each index,puts forward the conclusion that rural revitalization in Xuzhou is in the " construction foundation stage".At last,the paper studies and explains the characteristic path of rural revitalization in Xuzhou,and puts forward the revitalization path of layout optimization,industrial revitalization,quality improvement,governance innovation,farmer affluence,mechanism innovation and so on.
