| With the rapid development of technology,the status of BIM technology in the construction industry is increasing,and now it has become an important content that can not be ignored in the industry.In recent years,the domestic large design,construction units and some influential developers have begun to try to use BIM and have achieved certain results.In 2017,the unified standard for the application of building inforation model was formally implemented,which played a key role in promoting the popularization of BIM.Based on the rapid development of BIM at home and abroad,this paper takes Jinan Chunjiang Licheng underground garage as an example to show the partial application and actual value of BIM technology in practical engineering.As the project reduced the underground garage height from 3550mm to 3050mm in the early stage of the project,the pipeline design did not make any major modification to this,which increased the difficulty of pipeline installation.At the same time,the pipelines required by the project itself were larger in size(the largest pipeline reached DN300,bridge width 1600mm)and due to the fragmentation of the construction of buildings caused by the pipeline to changeable,more branch.The above factors make it difficult to calculate the net height up to 2200mm in complex sections of underground garages.Therefore,the project uses BIM technology to optimize the design through modeling and collision detection.BIM drawings are used to make up for the unexplained parts of CAD construction drawings and guide the construction with BIM drawings.First of all,the characteristics of the project analysis to determine the project pipeline installation arrangement rules.Based on the construction drawings,the BIM model is set up,the common problems are classified according to the analysis of BIM model,and the overall overview of the garage net height is given.Secondly,the model of the preliminary construction is simply adjusted according to the pipeline arrangement rules,and the designers are given feedback in time for obvious problems and major changes in order to make modifications to the construction drawings.Again,through the software collision detection of the model,the test report.According to the problems listed in the test report,the model should be carefully revised.The pipeline height should be lifted as much as possible to adjust the part of the pipeline and provide feedback to the designers.Finally,make detailed lists and draw BIM drawings.Schedule detailed statistics of various types of pipeline fittings,the number and pipeline length;BIM drawings focus on the precise height of the pipeline to control the garage net high.Through the application of BIM in the garage of Ji’nan Chunjiang Licheng,it has optimized the pipeline layout and basically controlled the underground garage height to 2200mm,guiding the construction and optimizing the construction scheme.By BIM and CAD construction drawings for comparison reflect t BIM presentation,more popular and drawings more clearly,accurately and so on,And make up for the lack of CAD technology in three-dimensional display,Sectional view,pipelines and other aspects of positioning height. |
