The birth of the traditional fuel-efficient vehicles to facilitate travel,improve labor efficiency,but energy-saving and environmental protection have become the world's theme today,the new energy electric vehicles as a clean,efficient and sustainable means of transport,compared to traditional cars more energy-efficient environmentally friendly,Arousing people's expectation and concern day by day.As a motor-driven road vehicle,the performance of a motor drive system is a key factor in determining the dynamic performance and driving quality of an electric vehicle.In the electric motor drive system,with the continuous development of permanent magnet technology and the continuous development of AC power electronic control technology,the permanent magnet synchronous motor is continuously applied due to its advantages of high efficiency and power density,small inertia and simple structure On the electric car.Space Vector Pulse Regulation(SVPWM)and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT)inverters have become commonplace in power converter technology.In control technology,commonly used microprocessor-based(microcontroller)or digital signal processor(DSP)vector control method.In vector control,field-oriented control(FOC)has become the first choice of electric vehicle traction because of its fast dynamic response,small torque ripple,wide speed range and good starting braking performance.In this paper,the practical application of the project for the purpose of research,using theoretical research and experimental analysis of a combination of methods,the permanent magnet synchronous motor FOC control technology,logic control part of the hardware circuit and the motor control driver program were studied and designed.This article describes the current research status and development trend of electric vehicle drive systems at home and abroad,and introduces the traditional control technology and advanced control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motors.The basic principle of FOC control technology and space vector pulse width modulation SVPWM technology are briefly described.With TC1767 minimum system as the core software and hardware solutions have been made,including current sensor signal conditioning circuit,rotor position sensor signal conditioning circuit and communication circuit and other functional modules.This design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system has achieved good speed control effect.In order to carry out in-depth permanent magnet synchronous motor with load speed test,energy recovery test and vehicle control experiments laid a solid foundation.
