With the integration of digitization and information technology,the assembly process of aircraft is becoming increasingly automatic and intelligent,which makes the connection between the assembly process planning of aircraft products and the on-site process implementation gradually strengthened,and is considered as the key to realize the intelligent assembly process of products.In view of the practical assembly problem of general aviation manufacturing industry in China,full 3D assembly process planning technology needs to be popularized and applied as soon as possible.At the same time,in order to promote the intelligent development of general aviation manufacturing industry,relevant concepts of Digital Twin(DT)technology are applied to the assembly process planning of general aircraft products to strengthen the connection between process planning and process implementation.This paper expounds the core concept and technical composition of digital twin.Taking typical components of a certain type of general aircraft as the research object,the implementation of digital twin technology in aircraft product assembly process planning is explored for the first time,which provides a bridge of the interaction between the digital space of assembly process planning and the physical space of process implementation.For aircraft assembly,according to the related technology of digital twin,and taking the assembly process planning and implementation of general aircraft products for assembly process as an example,digital twin based the application architecture of assembly process planning and process implementation for general aircraft products is built,the main functions of the architecture are defined,and the assembly process planning for general aircraft products in digital space is emphatically studied.A visual assembly process document for guiding assembly site is generated;The process execution process and information composition of physical space assembly site are clarified;Finally,the interactive feedback mechanism between digital space and physical space is discussed,and an interface example of digital twin field guidance assembly platform based on Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS)is given.Digital twin based assembly process planning and Simulation for general aircraft products,the relationship between digital space assembly process planning and physical field process implementation is strengthened,which provides a method for realizing closed-loop control of process planning and process execution.It can supervise andfeedback on-site process execution in time and realize the assembly process of aircraft products.Provide reference for intelligence.
