Digital factory design is a thriving technology,being one of the most important processes of the whole product life management.On the basis of the definition of digital product and factory,implement the digital factory designing and virtual building.The manufacture process can be optimized and the process information can be effectively managed,which can lead to the shortening of the process planning cycle and the decreasing of the human power and financing investment during the product development.Using the DELMIA software,the digital simulation of the automobile general assembly critical procedure is performed,and the database management plateform and the virtual environment are built in the thesis.Based on the DELMIA digital solution,combining the automobile assembly process and production line layout,the process data modeling,3D factory layout design and the workstation simulation are finished.The main research contents are as below:1.The related structure and concepts of the DELMIA system are introduced after reviewing of the international research and application of digital factory.Based on DELMIA software structure,the required digital technology in general assembly process is confirmed.Combining the general assembly process data model?virtual environment?process simulation?ergonomic engineering?cycle time analysis,the theory basis of general assembly digital factory is built.2.Combined with automobile general assembly,according the analysis of general assembly process and technical specification,the process flow chart is designed.According to the general assembly line and requirement of production capacity,the the general assembly factory layout design is carried,and the basic parameters of the general assembly line and the process in the workshop are obtained,which provides the data to the DELMIA general assembly workshop and process digital modeling.3.Based on the DELMIA general assembly database management plateform,the digital process model,virtual assembly environment,ergonomic engineering are analyzed.And the process digital modeling and verification?ergonomic engineering modeling and simulation and the work station,buffer,production line of the general assembly line are also discussed.4.According to the general assembly process,factory layout design and process digital model,the general assembly digital factory structure is built.The general process planning and the tree model are researched based on DELMIA software;The general assembly workshop 3D digital factory model is built,connecting with basic environment modeling,route setting,work station and production line modeling,facility importing.According the scene creation,product importing,activity logic sequence creation,product data linking,the work station simulation is performed and the designing of the automobile general assembly digital factory is implemented with the aid of DELMIA software.
