Research And Application Of General Aviation Product Assembly Process Simulation Technology Based On DELMIA

In modern aircraft manufacturing,digital assembly process design and virtual simulation,which covers many applications in 3D interactive process planning,the virtual simulation of assembly sequence and assembly path,and the visual guidance document output,plays an important role in seeking the optimal solution of the complex products manufacturing process.A general aircraft engine nacelle is regarded as study object.On process design and simulation platform of DELMIA(Digital Enterprise Lean Manufacturing Interactive Application),assembly process planning and assembly process simulation of the complex components are researched,the specific contents are as follows:Firstly,characteristics of the aircraft assembly and assembly process design are analyzed.Information constitutions of products,process and manufacturing resources in the assembly process are researched.Multi level structure model of assembly process is established to realize the reasonable expression of the whole information association relationship in assembly process.Then,based on the multi level structure model,the definition and import methods of the product model,assembly process and assembly resources are researched in DELMIA 3D process design environment.As the data basis of assembly process simulation,process model of assembly process is constructed.Finally,according to the assembly process model of typical aircraft product,visual simulations of the parts assembly sequence and assembly path are carried out on the DELMIA assembly simulation platform.Product assembly interference check and man-machine engineering applications are completed.A digital assembly order is obtained according to the reasonable simulation results,and the visual assembly process file is exported for the workshop assembly guidance.On process design and simulation platform of DELMIA,the design and simulation of the complex components assembly process are completed by integrating all the related design and manufacturing information,including the product data,process and equipments resources,and the visual assembly process files are generated.Application of the digital process design mode in production enterprises provides a reference for the general aviation products assembly in the assigned area.
