The use of electricity in almost every corner of national life,with the popularity of electric power,voltage,sag and voltage interruption,harmonic distortion,etc.The problem of power quality is becoming more and more serious,power quality problem has become a research hotspot in the field of electricity.Intelligent simulation power supply device for power quality problem is a temporary variable to simulate voltage power quality problems such as an effective device,the device's development is of great significance to study the power quality problem,and one of the most important parts in power quality problems to simulate the power main controller controls the operation state of the entire device,the system plays an important role,therefore,this thesis STM32F07 as the core of a main controller was developed.Developed in this paper,the main controller by wireless WiFi communication receive analog PC instruction for power source device,main controller parsing from the PC receives the three-phase voltage command,command control system based on the analytical operation state and dc bus voltage,output no.12 SPWM waveform control simulation power device output three-phase temporary variable voltage waveform,at the same time the system running state feedback to simulate power unit PC interface for display.To realize the function of the main controller,this paper introduced the hardware and software design,respectively to the main controller of the host controller hardware design mainly includes the dc bus voltage detection circuit,main controller power supply circuit,relay drive circuit,current detection circuit,isolating driver circuit.Software design process including: the main program design,wireless WiFi communication program design,the design of dc bus voltage acquisition program,sine wave data array subscript timing to update the program design,three-phase voltage amplitude and phase timing to update the program design,no.12 SPWM waveform generator design.Through the joint test of the main controller's hardware and software module,the main controller developed in this paper can realize the function of the demand of the analog power supply device.This article first introduces the background of intelligent power quality problem simulation power supply significance and research status at home and abroad,then the system has carried on the overall overview of the entire unit,put forward the overall design master controller,and then according to the main controller to realize the function,the design of the main controller hardware and software solutions,and the hardware and software of the host controller combined separate module testing and software and hardware test,the test shows that this article design the main controller to realize the functional requirements and the technical indexes of the system.
