Design And Application Of Coal Handling System In Thermal Power Plant

The coal handling system is an important part of the auxiliary control system in thermal power plant,and it is closely related to the safe and reliable operation of the whole thermal power plant.Through the analysis of the whole process flow and related product technology of a coal handling system project in a thermal power plant,this paper summarizes the actual control demand of the coal handling system.Combined with the actual situation in the field,problems and technical difficulties in the design of coal transport program control system are summarized,control scheme of coal handling system based on programmable logic controller is also designd and proposed.In this paper,the program design scheme and network planning and design of the coal handling program control system are described,including equipment selection,control scheme,hardware design,upper picture design,program design,etc.The program control system in this paper included a main coal transporting station and three remote I/O stations.Some remote stations used optical fiber communication,and other remote stations used cable communication.The whole coal handling system was controlled by Control Net.In this paper,various detailed plans of coal-supplying and coal-blending methods in the coal handling program control system are proposed.The upper interface of the coal handling system meets the basic design principles and specific design requirements.The upper interface realizes the functions of the upper monitor screen,such as real-time operation monitoring,historical trend record,data interaction and storage,fault alarm record,etc.In this paper,the field debugging process of the coal handling program control system and the factors affecting the field debugging and the concrete solutions are also summarized.In view of the characteristics of PLC control system,this paper expounds the debugging and simulation technology of hardware and software in detail.
