With the rapid development of the national economy and the improvement of the people's living standard,air transportation is becoming more and more important as a convenient,comfortable and fast way of air traffic.As an extremely scarce and expensive resource in the airport,the gate position is a key factor in realizing the fast and safe stopping of the flight,ensuring the effective connection between the flights,and improving the capacity and service efficiency of the whole airport system.The unreasonable allocation of gate position will not only increase the delay of flight,reduce the utilization of resources,cause the decline of passenger satisfaction,but also increase the operating costs of airlines and airports.With the background of the complex problem of key resource allocation in hub airports,this paper uses modeling method,ant colony optimization algorithm and simulation technology to carry out the following research work.(1)Taking the shortest walk distance,the most balanced idle time and the maximum flight occupancy as the optimization objective function,the multi-objective optimization model of the hub airport gate position allocation is constructed,and the weighting method is used for the non-quantitative treatment.(2)Aiming at the shortage of slow convergence rate and easy to local optimum of ant colony optimization algorithm(ACO),the selection probability of ant colony optimization algorithm,pheromone Volatilization Coefficient and pheromone update are improved,and an improved ant colony optimization algorithm(PTVACO)is proposed.Through the traveling salesman problem,the optimization performance of the PTVACO algorithm is compared and analyzed.The results show that the PTVACO algorithm has better convergence,precision and search ability.(3)The PTVACO algorithm is applied to the multi-objective optimization model of hubairport stop allocation,and a hub airport of stop allocation method based on PTVACOalgorithm is proposed.The actual flight data of Baiyun Airport in Guangdong are used to verify the effectiveness of the method.The results show that the gate allocation method can effectively improve the utilization and balance of downtime,as well as the satisfaction of passengers,and effectively improve the comprehensive operation capacity of the whole hub airport.(4)Using JavaWeb technology to develop a hub airport of stop allocation system,and useMatlabControl technology to achieve the interaction between the system and Matlab program.
