| Elevators are an important means of transportation in buildings,for which people have high demand when they are in their production and life.With the increasing of the number of modern buildings,the number of elevators in the building is increasing,the requirements of the elevator control system are becoming more and more stringent.In China,there are still traditional PLC control mode which is very depended on host controller,and its flexibility is bad.Because of many I/O interface,a lot of cables are needed at the scene.Once the main controller is in trouble,the whole system will be completely paralyzed.The elevator system which adopts MODBUS RS-485 saves a lot of electric cable connection as a serial communication.However,because of its master-slave,when elevator control system have high frequent communication,this mode of command and response can cause a lot of load on the bus,what’s more,slave node can’t get access to the bus anytime as a master node,so it is less flexible.In view of the above situation,this paper firstly compares the communication mode between rs-485 bus and CAN bus,and analyzed the advantages of CAN bus in elevator control system.On the other hand,this paper deeply studies the structure,operation principle,signal transmission and group control process of elevator control system.According to the distributed control thought,it designs a control system of elevator group that has 10 floors and 3 elevators based on CAN bus by using SH intelligent controller SH6102 and SH6202.Meanwhile,it have a intensive study in CAN bus by Communication and data transmission.And the advantages of the CAN bus elevator control system are described.The operation of several traffic modes in elevator group control system is mentioned in the paper,and the evaluation function of elevator group control system based on index weighting is proposed.The elevator control system is divided into outbound part,inner call part,door-motor part,main control part and group control part for research.And this paper have finished the circuit design of related part.The design of the elevator system was completed by using the SH intelligent controller 6202 and 6102,finally,it use the upper computer for monitoring the elevator control system by the method of create configuration interfaces of KINGVIEW. |
