Research On The Selection Of Suppliers Based On The Construction Supply Chain Management

The construction industry is an important part of the national economy and is a typical investment-driven industry.In the current fierce market competition,the development of construction enterprises has encountered challenges,and problems such as overtime,over budget,and unsatisfactory engineering quality often occur.In view of the positive role of supply chain management in the development of the manufacturing industry,the construction industry practitioners have gradually begun to explore the application of supply chain management in the construction industry.Procurement management is an important part of supply chain management.The procurement cost is relatively high in the total cost of construction projects,and the control of procurement costs is of great significance for the control of the total cost of the project.Supplier selection is a vital part of procurement management.This paper analyzes the differences between the construction supply chain and the manufacturing supply chain,and describes the supplier selection steps,the selection criteria,and the selection methods under the supply chain management model.Based on the comparison of supply chain procurement model and traditional procurement model,the factors affecting supplier selection based on construction supply chain are analyzed.Considering the principles of systemic,scientific,and operability,based on the enterprise competitiveness indicators(time,quality,cost,service),the supply chain management model is introduced to reflect the supplier's willingness to cooperate,information sharing,and logistics.Relevant indicators have established a supplier selection evaluation index system based on construction supply chain management.After the establishment of the index system,this paper based on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,using the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the importance of each index relative to the optimal supplier selection,constructs an improved TOPSIS model of supplier selection.According to this model,it can be seen that product quality has become the most important factor for enterprises,instead of the price under the traditional procurement model,and the attention paid to cooperation willingness has increased.The sense of cooperation has received attention in the process of the supplier selection by the construction enterprises.Finally,the applicability and effectiveness of the model are proved by the case analyzed in this paper,which provides a practical indicator system and scientific decision-making method for the supplier selection of construction enterprises.
