The Research Of Subcontractor Selection Of Construction Enterprises From The Perspective Of Construction Supply Chain

The prosperity of the construction industry is very important to promote the development of the national economy,meet the needs of the production and people's live.In the supply chain perspective,the development of the construction industry is inseparable from a variety of upstream and downstream enterprises.Among them,the subcontractor is an important part of the chain,occupying a very important position.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a set of scientific and reasonable subcontractor selection index system for construction enterprises,and construct the evaluation model to provide the method basis for their decision.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign research and combing the theoretical basis,this thesis clarifies the principle of index selection and the method of evaluation analysis.Firstly,we use literature analysis method to screen indicators of subcontractor selection,and ultimately determine the 24 original indicators.And then use the questionnaire survey method to quantify the importance of these indicators,get the relevant data.The six common factors are extracted by factor analysis.The construction of the index system is completed,including six first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators,and the weights of each level index are determined according to the data analysis results.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,and the relevant parameters and matrix construction methods are described,and the weighted average method is used to analyze the evaluation results.Finally,a case study of a construction enterprise in Tianjin is carried out.The evaluation and selection of six subcontractors are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the model.This thesis constructs the evaluation model based on the index system and constructs a complete set of analysis and evaluation framework by combining the subjective and objective methods.This thesis not only has a certain theoretical value,but also helps construction enterprises to choice subcontractor in practice.
