| In this paper,the selection and implementation of BP automobile engine business development strategy are analyzed and studied.Comprehensive research methods such as literature research,empirical analysis,data analysis and model analysis are applied.On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature,this paper adopts the PEST analysis model,Porter’s five-force model,strategic group and competitor analysis,EFE matrix,IFE matrix,SWOT analysis model,IE matrix and QSPM matrix in strategic management,and uses AHP to determine the weight of EFE/IFE matrix.Quantitative analysis.Combined with the collected national industrial policy and industry information,the external environment and internal situation faced by BP automobile engine business are discussed,the matching of internal and external factors is analyzed,the matching of enterprise and strategy is expounded,and the main strategic choice of BP automobile engine business is obtained.Strategic implementation plans and safeguards have been formulated.Through the case evaluation and analysis of company BP,the EFE / IFE,QSPM matrix is introduced into the research of engine business development strategy,and combined with SWOT strategy analysis to make up for the shortcomings of qualitative analysis by quantitative method,making the evaluation results more scientific,more practical and more operational.A model of internal and external environment analysis which can be used for reference by enterprises in the industry is set up.It also explores and enriches the quantitative analysis of strategy for engine enterprises. |
