Research On The Development Strategy Of Tianjin Port Automobile Logistics Business

Tianjin port is one of the earliest terminals in China to start Ro-Ro vehicle transportation,and it is also an important node in China's important coastal automobile logistics system.However,after the "8.12" accident,Tianjin port saw a precipitous drop in port throughput,which led to a large loss of customers and a decline in market share.Although the throughput data has recovered in recent years,there is still some instability.With the continuous development of automobile production industry and social service industry,the customer requirements of Tianjin port Ro-Ro terminal are also improving.On the basis of basic business,there are more demands for high value-added,integrated automobile logistics services Moreover,the simple operation mode of automobile logistics in Tianjin port is not comparable with Shanghai port and Guangzhou port,which have advanced development experience.Tianjin port is also losing market share in the fierce port competition around it.Based on the above background,it is necessary to study the development strategy of Tianjin port Ro-Ro logistics business,so as to better adapt to the social and economic environment,expand its influence,improve its core competitiveness,and consolidate its position as the largest Ro-Ro logistics terminal in the north.This paper studies the development strategy of Tianjin port Ro-Ro terminal automobile logistics business problem,firstly illustrates the research background and research significance of this paper,are introduced in this paper,by using the research methods,based on the automobile logistics business research status at home and abroad and automobile logistics related theory and concept of services as the foundation,development and present situation analysis is introduced Tianjin automobile logistics,using the SWOT analysis model,both Tianjin port itself,automobile logistics services market,national policy,and the world of automobile consumption information;The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and shortcomings of Tianjin port global Ro-Ro terminal are analyzed,and the combination strategy is analyzed.The throughput of commercial vehicles in Tianjin port Ro-Ro terminal in the next five years is predicted by the three-order exponential smoothing method.By combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,the paper concludes the development strategy of Tianjin port Ro-Ro loading terminal automobile logistics business and corresponding strategic safeguard measures,which is of reference significance to the development strategy formulation of the terminal management and operation.The results of this paper show that the throughput of Tianjin port will keep rising steadily,and the development strategy should be adopted in line with the conditions of Tianjin port,aiming at improving the overall core competitiveness of Tianjin port automobile logistics and providing impetus for the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
