Research Of Risk Management On The SG Biomass Energy Project

Since China's reform and opening up,China's sustained economic growth,but many enterprises extensive mode of growth at the expense of the environment,the environment pollution is very serious in our country,with the concept of scientific development theory is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,people more and more clearly realized that building a harmonious socialist society,to create a good living environment has become a top priority.In order to solve the Beijing west garbage output increase and garbage disposal facilities existing contradiction of shortage of the SG company Beijing SG Biomass Energy Project,construction of a modernized garbage incineration power plant.In this paper,based on the project risk management theory and method,to SG Biomass Energy Project risk factors as the research object,on the basis of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring and risk management the main link to carry out the research.Specific research contents include:first,by empirical analysis method and expert investigation method(brainstorming method and Delphi method)on SG Biomass Energy Project implementation process analysis and identify the risk factors.Secondly,using the method of expert evaluation and risk assessment index method in risk assessment of project risk factors,to determine the risk level and evaluate the influence of risk on the project.Finally,based on the risk assessment results put forward countermeasures of SG Biomass Energy Project risk,and risk monitoring was proposed based on the theory of risk control,thus in the process of project implementation to the risk for the scientific,reasonable and effective risk management.After carry out the risk factors identification,identify the SG biomass energy project has a time limit for a project delay risk,quality risk,security risk,environmental risk,financial risk has five categories first level and design quality risk,construction risk,fire control to defend and dust noise,risk capital management and so on the 19th in the second level.After a risk assessment,SG Biomass Energy Project high risk to quality risk of the project,the risk of other sort of delays risk,environmental risk,financial risk,security risk.According to risk avoidance,risk retention,risk mitigation strategies such as risk,respectively proposed establishment of risk management committee,establish risk audit mechanism,establishing the risk plan,risk response and risk monitoring measures,guarantees for SG Biomass Energy Project smooth implementation.
