A Study On Risk Management For Dalian Port Crude Oil Terminal Repair Project

With the supporting of global Economy,Chinese Economy develop in rapidly.Meanwhile,the domestics enterprise continue to growing,which make China become the second one in all of world.Port enterprises meet the great chance to develop with Chinese economy development.By the rapid economy increasing,the export and import business start to be more busy and busy,especially,the ocean freight business turn to double or even more.So domestic port enterprises business increase dramatically.We have to admit the opportunities are the brothers of all of kinds of risks.Increasing business cause more and more using frequency and using rate,with the equipment aging and impairment.If the companies don’t pay more attention to maintenance sooner or later there will be many problems,by that time,not only they have to stop the operation,but also need pay the huge amount penalties.For the port enterprises,the key point is busy for the operation,at the same time to give the eyes to maintenance,so that is able to focus on the long term development.Dalian port crude oil terminal is built in 1976,which take the responsibility of 0.5-1 million tons vessel’s export and import business of dalian port company,which is one of the most important parts,but near half contrary running,all of infrastructure and function can’t reach the performance of original design.In this background,Dalian port determine to set up the project to carry on the overall maintenance.This thesis in this studying background to do the risk management study.First of all,the thesis will identify the risks no matter are the important one or meaningless.Then the author will use the advanced project risk management theory and model to analysis and assess the risks which have been identified to decide whether the maintenance project are feasible.Once the project are able to work,the author will according to dalian port crude oil terminal maintenance project actual status to design all of kinds of project risks’ measurement and countermeasure to make sure the project are going to work smoothly.The author will through the overall analysis and studying to help dalian port crude oil terminal to finish the project risk identification,project risk analysis and assessment,project risk control and so on.The research achievement not only for solve the maintenance of dalian port crude oil terminal but also for the company who have the same problems to provide a guideline and intelligence supporting.
