| Even though further research on the theory of risk management in architectural engineering project in China is getting far, the practice and application of risk management for architectural enterprise is still at its primary stage. Now most of the architectural enterprises are exposed to realistic problems concerning weak consciousness of risk management and poor ability in risk management. Considering that my company had never imposed architectural risk management in a real sense and never set up a relevant database during the past construction project management, so in process of implementation of risk management in newly started construction project, there is no reference data to estimate, analysis and even evaluation risk. Under this circumstance, based on knowledge of managementon project and risk management learned in the university of electronic science and technology and some experience accumulated in risk management in the construction project of ZYDX campus living area, this paper aims toanalysis and evaluate project risk as well as to take countermeasures against subsequent risk by the means of heuristic method such as Brainstorming, Delphi method, Expert Grading Method and Comprehensive Method.This paper followsprocedures of the risk management theory:risk identification-risk estimation ---Risk analysis and evaluation --- risk measures and supervision. In applying the method of subjective and probability theory in research of riskmanagement and through way of practicing in construction of the project of ZYDX campus living area, the paper tries to prove the fact that all kinds of risk can be avoided reasonably and the construction cost could be controlled, finally to achieve multi-win situation for both parties. The research also provides a more convenient reference formy company and other construction enterprises in construction project risk management,even to better solve the problem of the risk in the process of construction engineering project management. |
