In recent years,the industry of crawler crane has experienced a great development.Not only in the output,but also a span in the tonnage annually.With the development of the crawler crane,for host performance,efficient utilization of design concept is more outstanding,more strict on emissions and energy conservation.However,for selection and research of crawler crane dynamic system,we only refer to similar models to selection or renovation and lack basic theory basis.Because of the working environment of Crawler is so bad,The load changes greatly and power transmission system is complex.So it is the most important link to study the dynamic system matching of the crawler crane.This paper begins with the theoretical design to control the quality overall parameters of the crane power system.Design the reasonable parameters and tolerance range of the crane power system by using the "Taguchimethod".Analysis of engine operating characteristics,determine the best energy curve and the best power curve so that the engine work in the best work area.According to the engine and hydraulic system matching principle,to determine the engine and hydraulic pump constant torque matching program.In practice,according to the different needs to choose reasonable works way of diesel engine and through different control methods to make the engine in the vicinity of the best working curve to achieve the engine and pump power matchingBased on the variance and correlation,the mathematical model of the common engine is established reasonably.The mathematical model of the diesel engine is established by polynomial fitting.According to the MATLAB/Simulink software modularization idea,the simulation model of the four subsystems of the crawler crane power system operator,engine,hydraulic pump and motor is established respectively based on MATLAB/Simulink.Then,the sub-model is encapsulated and the powertrain simulation of the crawler crane is established.In the basic arm condition,According to the different power modes,the power matching between the diesel engine and the hydraulic pump on the optimum dynamic curve is given for the crane under different load conditions.In this paper,the Taguchi method is used to design the parameters and tolerances of the dynamic system to provide the basis for the match between the engine and the hydraulic pump.The simulation model of the dynamic system is used in the design stage,which effectively shortens the design cycle and improves the working efficiency.
