In recent years,permanent magnet synchronous motor obtained rapid development because of its small volume,light weight,simple structure,energy saving and high efficient.Among them,the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor for the permanent magnets embedded into the rotor core,make the structure more compact,the energy density increased significantly,each pole able to provide greater flux,it reach high performance more easily.At the same time,the emergence of new permanent magnet whose magnetic performance become higher and higher and whose price become lower and lower,make high performance permanent magnet synchronous motor become a research focus in the various countries all over the world.In this thesis,first,it discusses the characteristics of different permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor structure and the application of finite element method in electromagnetic calculation.Second,it makes an electromagnetic field analysis to the 2d model of permanent magnet synchronous motor through the use of electromagnetic field numerical calculation software JMAG-Designer.Third,by the flux density and magnetic potential distribution of permanent magnet synchronous motor no-load running,it calculate some key coefficient that are difficult to accurately calculate by traditional magnetic circuit method,such as no-load leakage coefficient,calculating polar arc factor and air-gap coefficient.Finally,it applies the calculation results to the traditional magnetic circuit method and realizes the design of permanent magnet synchronous motor by field circuit combined method.Optimization is an important part in the motor design.Its purpose is to maximize the performance of the motor on the base of meeting the requirements customer,including efficiency,power factor,etc.The choice of global optimization method is the key of the motor optimization,and the performance of the optimization method will directly affect the optimization results.Genetic algorithm is a random search method based on the biological laws of the fittest survives,and it is used most widely and successfully.So this article in view of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,based on the study of multi-objective optimization problem,design a motor optimization program based on genetic algorithm on the MATLAB platform.Then it optimizes the permanent magnet synchronous motor designed before by the program and successfully improves the performance of the motor.That verifies the correctness and effectiveness of optimization program.Finally it design a permanent magnet motor vector control system in this thesis and observe the operation performance of the motor designed before that is satisfactory.This thesis is dedicated to design high performance permanent magnet synchronous motor and have developed high performance permanent magnet synchronous motor CAD software by C++ high-level programming language in Visual Studio 2008 integrated development environment.The software has advantages of friendly interface and simple operation.This thesis use the software to design permanent magnet synchronous motor and get all parameters needed for calculation in the design of motor,which improves the efficiency of the motor design.
