With China's rapid economic development,the construction industry has also ushered in the development of the spring.However,because the construction project itself has the characteristics of large capital investment,long construction period,large personnel demand,and many interference factors,this makes the construction project itself face more challenges than other industries,and the risk level is relatively high.Therefore,Risk management for construction projects is particularly important.In this paper,the research situation of risk management of construction projects at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed,the related theories of risk management of construction projects are introduced,and the previous risk management theories and methods are based on.Taking the risk management of the construction project of Zhangwu Huihai as an example,the risks existing in the project are identified and evaluated through the analytic hierarchy process.According to the risk situation of the project,The countermeasures are given from four aspects:economic risk,natural risk,cost risk and field risk.This study makes an effective assessment of capital risk,natural risk and contract risk in construction project of Zhangwu Huihai,and puts forward effective solutions.The risk of construction site was identified by scenario analysis method,talking method and investigation method,and several countermeasures were put forward for the risk of construction site road,site office and construction site material placement.
