New University Park Construction Risk Study

From the view of owner, this article's main text is altogether divided into five parts.The first part through carring the analysis on certain risk events which some university met in building new school-area , briefly bring forward the concept of risk, the engineering construction risk and the risk management, and had summarized the universities' construction and the big academy area's construction common ground, by applying the understanding of the universities new school area's construction risk to the construction of the big academy area, explaindh the importance of introducing the risk consciousness into the risk management.The second part is the key elaboration part to full text, the author explained the risk management and the recognition process by unifing the experience and teaches in participating in the big academy area's construction process; Also elaborated the method which had been used in the risk recognition , and introduced the initial detailed list law with emphasis; Also introduced the form of the final risk detailed list, through the risk survey procedure, which combined the risk factor which had occured actually with the initial detailed list risk factor together.The third part mainly elaborated the big academy area's risk assessment and the countermeasure which had been adopted in dealing with the risk . In this section of elaboration ,the author emphasized that we should first analyze, then gave our value to the risk factor, And made the enumeration to the risk assessment method; Pointed out specially the risk assessment was significant in the risk managementfunction, The correct appraisal was a premise which the risk management smoothly carries on; Moreover, This part also elaborated the countermeasure which adopted to the risk factor, which mainly included four aspects, namely the risk avoiding, the risk control, the risk shift and the risk personally used, and gives the case explanation.The fourth part then elaborated the common risk counterclaim for damages and the computation and operation procedure of them, and produced the case explanation.The fifth part of chapter is the suggestion and the conclusion, which elaborated only then the risk management idea sink deep into the hearts of the people and forming the risk management system, can achieve the reduction and the control risk lose goal. Compared with the western developed country, China's risk management system has been establishing some lags, certainly it also has the reason which it exists. Therefore, the author suggested that we should establish the Chinese characteristic risk management system, mainly obtained from the project insurance and the project guarantee, so long as can the implementation and realization be obtained, the author believed that we can achieve the satisfying effect very quickly.
