| In recent years,with the explosive growth of urban rail transit in China,the pattern of network operation and production of urban rail transit has been formed rapidly,the scope of production management has been expanding,the passenger flow of the line network has been increasing,and the expectation of passengers for the operation and service of urban rail transit has also been raised,which has brought about the operation of urban rail transit.The management and service have put forward higher requirements.As of September 2018,Qingdao rail transit has opened 3 operational lines and 18 prospective lines.In order to better protect the network operation of Qingdao rail transit,it is urgent to construct and perfect a set of operation and management mode suitable for Qingdao's own development.This paper first introduces the planning and construction of Qingdao urban rail transit,focusing on the operational fare policy,and analyzes the current passenger flow of Qingdao subway.Secondly,it classifies,summarizes and compares the operation and management modes of urban rail transit at home and abroad from the two dimensions of operation subject and professional structure,especially analyzes the representative operation and management modes of urban rail transit at home(Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou),and analyzes them according to different operation and management modes.The corresponding organizational structure is studied.Finally,on the basis of the successful experience of urban rail transit operation and management at home and abroad,and combining with the actual urban development and rail transit development planning of Qingdao city,the paper puts forward some suggestions on phased construction and improvement of Qingdao rail transit operation and management mode.In addition,in order to ensure that the public welfare attributes of Rail Transit under different operation and management modes remain unchanged,this paper makes suggestions on the key points of government supervision. |
