With the rapid development of urbanization and the rapid development of economy,the traffic volume of urban road network is increasing rapidly.The traffic jams from intersections and trunk lines to regional traffic jams have become a normal problem to be solved urgently in Chinese cities.The reason is that the single traffic data information source can not provide reliable basis for the signal timing scheme,let alone predict the future short-term traffic volume.When traffic jams occur,it is impossible to predict the diffusion degree of traffic congestion,and it is impossible to dredge and divert traffic from the overall point of view of intersection groups.With the rapid development of Internet technology and communication technology,people rely more and more on the application of mobile social and navigation software.More and more new technologies can be applied to the information field of intelligent transportation,which provides a new way and method for signal control optimization.Under the background of big data era,this paper puts forward "intersection control optimization and simulation with multi-source information",which is divided into six parts to illustrate the research content of the thesis.The first part is to elaborate the background and significance of the research,respectively from the multi-source data acquisition and fusion,intersection group area division,road network traffic state analysis,signal control parameters optimization and other aspects of the domestic and foreign research status.Make the technical route and research content of this paper.The second part describes the methods of obtaining multi-source information,its advantages and disadvantages,its applicability and its application in the field of transportation.In the aspect of data quality evaluation,the outlier detection algorithm is used.Edge detection algorithm combined with traffic flow theory and threshold theory to establish error data discrimination model.Error data correction model based on grey theory is established.The third part is to establish a path correlation model between adjacent intersections considering vehicle discreteness,block and traffic flow spatial characteristics of local road network.Based on the path correlation model,the hierarchical clustering method is used to dynamically partition the signal-controlled intersections and verify the simulation results.The fourth part is to establish the overall framework of the traffic state determination system,to detect and fuse the collected information,to establish a traffic status discrimination algorithm based on fuzzy classifier,to use the occupancy rate and the flow rate.Speed and other indicators complement the discrimination of traffic state.In the fifth part,a signal period determination method based on traffic intensity is proposed.This paper systematically analyzes the arrival characteristics of traffic flowand the output form of coordinated phase of arrival vehicle flow adjusted by signal timing at trunk related intersections.The delay is divided into three types: smooth traffic flow,head-end block and tail block.A phase difference optimization model based on the minimum total delay is established by analyzing the queuing processes of six types of arrival between intersections.The sixth part is to put forward the control strategy optimization goal for the intersection group supersaturation state and to establish the control which includes three levels.System structure The dynamic control optimization model of intersection group is established by using the idea of rolling optimization and discrete time.The real-time calculation period and capacity of traffic state of key intersection on critical path in intersection group are used.Saturation and other constraints are used to select the reference period of signal coordinated control to avoid overflow at intersection.The method of combining line and axis is applied to optimize the phase difference of key flow direction of trunk intersection group or intersection group in order to achieve the traffic volume equilibrium and the maximum capacity of intersection road.The validity of the method is verified by simulation analysis.
