Study On The Planning Strategy Of Public Space Planning In Ancient City From The Perspective Of System Theory

In the context of rapid urbanization,many ancient cities are facing the problems of material aging,structural and functional decline,resulting in the gradual withering and decline of ancient cities.the public space bearing the collective memory and social interaction of ancient city residents,it also faces the problems of space fragmentation,lack of cultural characteristics and low support for public life.In order to integrate the ancient city's traditional space pattern with modern life,the author tries to integrate the public space of the ancient city and shape the characteristic space environment from the perspective of system theory,so as to meet the residents' pursuit and yearning for beautiful space quality.The thesis consists of the following five chapters:Chapter one: introduction.This chapter firstly introduces the research background and topic source of this paper,and proposes the practical problems of ancient city public space(the research object of this paper).Then,the important research content,research framework and research technology route of each chapter are sorted out to lay a foundation for the development,promotion and deepening of the following paper.Chapter two: basic research.Firstly,it summarizes the domestic perspective of public space research,and provides reference and support for the construction of ancient city's public space system and planning and design strategy.Secondly,by sorting out the perspectives of foreign public space research,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of public space that need to meet users' needs,so as to provide explanations for the root causes of the differentiation of public space system elements.Finally,the theory of modern system theory,differentiation and integration of system elements is introduced to provide theoretical support for the construction of system strategy.Chapter three: the root of the differentiation of public space elements in ancient cities.Material from the perspective of system,probes into the city public space system elements and the relationship between system elements,in-depth analysis the core elements of city public space(space shape elements)internal differentiation and other elements(factors of land use,traffic organization,landscape elements,street facilities elements)the phenomena and causes of spatial differentiation,it is concluded that the root of problem is to ignore the human scale,functional diversity,the context continuity of ignore,ignore the four aspects of the visual aesthetic.Chapter four: the planning and design strategy of the integration of elements of the ancient city's public space system.Based on the conclusion of the previous chapter,the planning and design strategy is proposed and constructed based on the concept of "friendly walking,diversified integration and symbiosis" and the principle of "appropriate scale,functional diversity,traffic accessibility,visual coordination and continuity of context".Specifically,it includes the internal integration of spatial form elements,as well as the planning and design strategies for the spatial integration of land use elements,traffic organization elements,green landscape elements,street and lane facilities elements and spatial form elements.Chapter five: study on the planning of public space in anyang ancient city.The planning and design strategy of the ancient city public space in the previous chapter is verified by the case of anyang ancient city public space planning.
