| The corrugated steel web PC continuous box girder bridge is a new type of structural system girder bridge that has developed rapidly in recent years.It not only has light weight,high prestressing efficiency,short construction period,beautiful appearance,but also uses unique corrugated steel webs.Instead of traditional concrete webs,this problem of cracking of the web is avoided.The corrugated steel web continuous box girder bridge was invented in France and rised in Japan.In the past ten years,it has also obtained high-speed development and promotion in China.This paper takes the bridge of Wuhu City in Anhui Province as the engineering background,and uses the bridge structure professional software MIDAS/Civil to carry out the structural simulation analysis of the actual project.Its main research content is as follows:1.The development process and research history of PC continuous girder bridges with corrugated steel webs are described.The characteristics of PC continuous girder bridges with corrugated steel webs in the structural system and force system are analyzed.2.Select the most suitable structural calculation method,use the bridge calculation software(MIDAS/Civil)to establish the finite element calculation model of the Yuxi River Bridge,carry out the installation analysis of the Yuxi River Bridge main bridge construction process,analyze the key in the construction process Beam section of the force and deformation.3.Based on the above two points,the line shape control and stress monitoring of the Yuxi River Bridge will be implemented.At the same time,the grey system theory prediction model will be used to predict the deflection of the beam section,and the relationship between the forecast data and the actual deflection will be analyzed to provide guidance for the adjustment of the elevation of the elevation model. |
