The automotive industry is facing a hitherto unknown challenge: customer needs become more diversified;the intense competition in the market;and new energy vehicles,car sharing,automatic driving cars;new materials,new technology,the use of new technology,the automobile industry is undergoing oscillation pattern.Therefore,the automobile industry is forced to shorten the cycle of new car launch,and strive to improve the production flexibility to meet the user's personalized needs.The rapid advancement of science and technology today,the automotive industry to better meet the needs of "personalized" batch,only from automation to seek breakthroughs in the field have been unrealistic,the automotive industry need "covers the entire value chain and realize the whole process of the formation of digital,digital closed loop,in order to enhance efficiency,improve quality,reduce costs,opportunities and challenges will take time for the arrival of the.The FAW Volkswagen Qingdao plant,which will be completed soon,is the latest and most advanced intelligent factory of FAW FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co.Digitalization technology plays a key role in the simulation and optimization of plant production lines.With the increasing cost of automation equipment and manpower,the simulation and optimization of the production line is a powerful guarantee for improving the flexibility of production line.Only the transformation of production line to more efficient,flexible and high-quality digital manufacturing will be a decisive factor in the upcoming automotive industry transformation.This paper summarizes some main theories of today's automotive industry production line of digital simulation and optimization of the capacity of strategic management theory and process analysis theory,the theory of production process of material requirement planning theory,operation theory,and made a more comprehensive summary and review.First,the first chapter introduces the research significance,research methods and research contents,literature review and theoretical basis of FAW Volkswagen Qingdao plant production line simulation and optimization.The second chapter introduces the general situation of FAW Volkswagen Qingdao plant,illustrates the problems existing in FAW FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co's production line construction,and makes a statement and analysis.The third chapter,more by FAW FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co for many years in the digital production line construction project process simulation technology and practical application on the basis of the results obtained,focuses on the FAW Volkswagen Qingdao factory in the construction process,how to solve the existing digital simulation technology at this stage of the production line construction process,play a key role the digital simulation technology design,each production process production line planning process,also discusses the characteristics of each process line digital key and each process.The fourth chapter,the digital simulation technology determines the optimization objective and optimization plan in the process of FAW Volkswagen production line construction,and finally discusses how to better guarantee the production line construction with the digital simulation technology.This article emphasize the key role of digital simulation technology in the production line of FAW Volkswagen Qingdao factory production line in the construction of the vehicle,to improve operational management ability,reduce the cost of the product,which is of great strategic significance to improve the planning level,shorten the product life cycle,economic cycle,and for new type of digital simulation technology,on-line the production line transformation,production capacity and other data provide a basis for effective guarantee.More effective and objective theoretical and data support is provided for managers' decision making.
