Selected five representative large commercial complex buildings in xi 'an city as the research object,investigated the indoor environment in winter and summer,including light environment,indoor air quality and temperature and humidity.Choose scientific evaluation factors,in combination with the practical test data of the instrument,based on the relevant specification and research at home and abroad,considering the questionnaire survey of consumer,take an objective and subjective evaluation of xi "an large commercial complex,winter and summer indoor environment.The common problems are summarized: indoor relative humidity in winter is low,indoor TVOC concentration in summer is high,indoor temperature is high in winter and summer,and the temperature of each floor is not uniform.Then the indoor temperature of large-scale commercial complex in xi 'an is discussed and analyzed.Survey shows weeks and weekends,and different shops,daily moment,when indoor flow density is not at the same time,the corresponding indoor temperature is different,and the curve change of traffic density curve with indoor temperature is same.Selecting a building as the research object,and taking DeST as the platform,the simulation indoor total load was built according to the actual flow density of the survey and the design flow density.The moment to average density of second floor underground,four layers and six floors is 1.15,0.25 and 1.11.Simulate each moment to actual design is the total load average total load average of 113.2%,54.01% and 109.3%;The total load on the fourth floor is 47.6% of the total load of second floor underground and is 50.4% of the total load of the six floors.This indicates that peoplec density deviation of design value and design value makes the floor load deviation of the actual value and design value,and the people density actual deviation between floors has the corresponding actual load deviation.The cold quantity of the simulated air conditioning system based on the design flow density model is the actual cooling quantity.The design value and actual value of indoor temperature are obtained by simulating the indoor temperature with actual cooling quantity in the actual flow density model and design flow density model.Simulations show that the design model of second floor underground,four layers and six floor each moment of the average temperature are 25.93 ?,25.88 ?and 25.95 ?,respectively,and the difference with design temperature of 26 ? is very small.The hourly average temperature of actual model simulation of the floors are 27.2 ?,19.71 ? and 19.71 ?.the deviation of average temperature of the second floor undergroundr and 6 layer are small,and is significantly different with the second floor underground.This shows the difference of people density between design value and the actual density can cause significant deviation of indoor temperature.At the same time,the actual outdoor temperature calculation parameters were significantly different from that of the canonical value and the time of the DeST meteorological year.In xi "an outdoor calculation parameters based on the meteorological data from 1971 to 2000,rearranging meteorological parameters of xi" an 2006-2017 has been revised in the summer air conditioning outdoor dry bulb temperature and summer air-conditioning outdoor calculation,average temperatureof37.06 ? and 30.93 ?,than the standard value of 1.94 ? and 0.23 ? respectively.Based on the actual test on August 2,the model is set up to calculate the load of the actual store.The cold quantity of the air conditioning system of the shopping mall was calculated by the hourly temperature,the standard time temperature and the revised hourly temperature.In three cooling capacity simulation of indoor air conditioning temperature,average temperature negative all the time of second floor underground is 27.59 ?,26.89 ? and 26.89 ?,the average temperature of four layers were 27.57 ?,26.83 ? and 26.34 ?,the average temperature of 6 layer27.51 ?,26.86 ? and 26.32 ?,respectively,showed that simulation indoor temperature of modified data including is closer to the design temperature,which has a certain practical significance and reference value.The research indicates that the unreasonable design value of indoor pedestrian density and the deviation of the outdoor meteorological parameters is the two factors that influence the indoor temperature in summer.Therefore,the selection of crowd density value must be specific to the shop and the business type of operation,and should be clearly planned in the design stage.Five commercial complexes were investigated,and the range and recommended values of the crowd density and the calculation temperature of outdoor air conditioner is given for reference.
