With the rapid progress of equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology,condition based maintenance has been gradually promoted and applied.It includes the monitoring and diagnosis of equipment status and the formulation of maintenance plan.The maintenance of equipment is judged by the monitoring and diagnosis of equipment state quantity and the equipment state evaluation method;the maintenance plan is not only related to the operation status of equipment,but also related to the operation reliability of power grid.In addition,meteorological and environmental factors also greatly affect the operation status and maintenance of equipment,and bring different risks to equipment maintenance.Therefore,the meteorological factors should be taken into account in the equipment maintenance,which can further reduce the impact on the reliability of the power grid when the equipment is overhauled.On this basis,this paper studies the maintenance strategy of transformer equipment based on the meteorological environment.First of all,on the basis of the existing transformer equipment condition evaluation,aiming at the problem that the constant weight in the existing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can not reflect the equipment condition well,the purpose of introducing the equilibrium function is to highlight the influence of the relatively large change of state quantity on the evaluation objective by changing the weight value of the deterioration index appropriately,so as to make the transformer equipment condition comprehensive evaluation The evaluation is more reasonable and further reflects the real operation state of the equipment.Secondly,because the maintenance of transformer equipment is closely related to the failure rate of equipment,this paper takes the meteorological environment and other factors into account in the study of failure rate,adopts the improved fuzzy C clustering and gray correlation analysis algorithm,establishes the equipment failure rate model considering the meteorological environment factors,and forecasts the transformer equipment failure rate under the meteorological factors by using MATLAB software Failure rate of the system.At the same time,the failure rate of transformer equipment under a single meteorological factor is analyzed,and the largest meteorological factor leading to the failure of the equipment is predicted.Finally,on the basis of determining the operation status and failure rate model of the equipment,the Bi objective optimization model of the reliability index and the risk and loss index of the power equipment considering the meteorological environment is constructed.In this paper,the robust decoupling optimization algorithm is used to analyze and verify the effectiveness of the maintenance strategy considering the meteorological environment.At the same time,the gain effect of the maintenance strategy considering the meteorological environment is compared,which further highlights that the algorithm can fully consider the close relationship between different transformer equipment,so as to better formulate the maintenance plan to reduce the maintenance work Therefore,it is of great significance.
