Speed 350 KM / H Standardization of EMUs is an important R & D project of C Company in recent years.It is a key project for the Company to get rid of foreign patent restrictions,improve the overall design and processing capacity of the Company and ensure its position in the future EMUs market.It is of strategic importance to the Company at the same time.It is also a key equipment item that our country has independent intellectual property rights to replace the introduction of the motor High-speed rail model and plays an important role in the development of the high-speed railway undertaking of our country.Among them,the front part of the underframe chassis is the important part of the welding large components of the driver's cab of the high-speed rail head coach,which is formed by intensive welding of dozens of plates and profiles with different thicknesses,so as to not only reduce impact the body is subject to stress,and many important equipment,components,pipelines are also installed throughout.The quality will directly affect the chassis and the vehicle's strength and dimensional accuracy.Its production efficiency will also directly affect the vehicle assembly schedule.In order to solve the front part of the underframe chassis in the manufacturing process of processing quality,economic efficiency,productivity and other issues.Company C has been exploring new management models,new processing methods and new ways of programming.In management,we have introduced Toyota's lean manufacturing philosophy,Project management,Kaizen,and reformed the whole production process of the front part of the underframe chassis and its parts and components according to the concept of lean production,and gradually fostered a set of production mode suitable for own use.By introducing NCBase V6 program management system,the establishment of the program annotations,tool list,technology cards,model diagrams,drawings,processing status pictures and other related documents management control,and program transfer to establish a management mechanism.In the process of development,we use Solid Works 3D software for fixture design,and in practical applications continue to optimize and achieve the desired results,test and promote new tools,experiments and find reliable cutting parameters,compare the specifications of the tool In the processing of cutting efficiency and application costs,and gradually summed up the most suitable machine tool.In numerical control programming,through computer simulation analysis method,using CIMCOEdit numerical simulation software to simulate the NC machining program of the workpiece,so as to improve the accuracy of the program and reduce the trial cost.The application of high-speed cutting theory is used to optimize the thin-Continue to trial and record the processing parameters(F feed rate,S spindle revolutions)of the workpiece processing efficiency,summed up the best processing program.Through a series of exploration and optimization,the product quality and processing efficiency of the front part of the underframe chassis and its corresponding parts and components have been greatly improved,the economic benefits have been raised,and are planned to be gradually extended to the production and processing of other large components of the EMUs.Save new R & D and investment costs,and provide reference for the overall performance optimization of EMUs.By reaserch of the front part of the underframe chassis and the compoments of the standardized EMU in the production and processing of the problems encountered in the use of advanced production management theory to analyze the problem and the actual implementation of the effect of in-depth discussion,put forward a set of EMUs Large-scale assembly and welding parts production and processing processes.The use of new methods produced by the economic performance of the performance analysis.We obtain a series of management methods.It can improve production efficiency.
