Crankshaft is one of the important transmission parts of medium and low speed marine diesel engines.With the continuous improvement of the performance of marine diesel engines,the specifications of crankshafts are increasing,and the requirements for processing technology are stricter.In the production mode of backward equipment,large labor intensity and low processing efficiency,the situation of unstable processing quality caused by excessive manual intervention is urgently needed to be solved.Today,the crankshaft manufacturing technology is becoming increasingly updated.How to improve the original crankshaft technology,introduce new technology to improve the performance,solve the problems in the process of processing,reduce the cost of processing,improve the processing efficiency,meet the needs of changeable products,and realize flexible processing,all these become the main goal of the research.In view of the existing problems in the 210 crankshaft of processing marine,this paper focuses on the adjustment and optimization of the overall process route,the processing technology of the inclined oil hole,the processing technology of the balance weight surface,the optimization and improvement of the crankshaft rolling process,and the practical value has been obtained.The problems of low production efficiency and poor machining quality existing in the past 210 crankshaft rough machining,semi finishing,finishing processes and other processes were firstly analyzed in detail.Some effective measures were taken to solve these problems,such as using milling instead of turning,using numerical control eight position cutter disc combined with numerical control,using advanced equipment to realize automatic processing and adjusting process arrangement.The results showed that after the improvement of the process line,the requirement of batch machining for the 210 crankshaft was well satisfied,and the machining accuracy and efficiency were greatly improved.The finish turning round corner process was added,which was beneficial for the later rolling strengthen process of crankshaft.The processing technology of oblique oil hole has been comprehensively optimized.The feed angle of the power head in drilling oil hole was calculated,and the traditional tooling mode was changed.The flexible machining mode of the pre drilling guide hole was adopted in the special machine for the slant oil hole processing,and the automatic processing of the oil hole is carried out,thus the machining accuracy and efficiency of the oil hole were improved.The optimum processing parameters were obtained by using the deep hole machining gun drill and MQL micro lubrication.The surface roughness of the oil hole is less than Ra3.2,and the tool life is improved.For the problems existing in the original processing technology of balance weight surface,the optimization measures were put forward from the aspects of equipment,fixture,cutting tool and process parameters.The CNC gantry machining centers were used to finish milling and drilling automatically.A CNC dial chuck was designed,which was linked with the CNC system of the machine tool,and can be programmed by numerical control.The automatic indexing and hydraulic clamping can be realized.The results showed that the surface roughness and the journal run out value are reduced.Through the adjustment of technology,the replacement of internal cooling tools and the optimization of cutting volume,the double improvement of both machining efficiency and machining quality has been achieved.In view of the problem that the rolling corner of the 210 crankshaft was not fitted,the bulge existed after the rolling and the unequal force of the single side angle can not be rolled out,the improvement scheme of the 210 crankshaft rolling pressure was designed and formulated in this paper.The combined rolling technology of fillet and axle neck was used to reduce the bulge of crankshaft fillet edges effectively.A kind of one-sided fillet rolling tooling was designed to balance the supporting force of the roller and successfully achieve the rolling of one side fillet.A straight rolling scheme was designed to make the tolerance of 210 crankshaft journal less than 0.04mm.Combined with the experimental data,reasonable parameters were selected,so that the 210 crankshaft showed stronger performance,basically replacing the nitriding process and reducing the cost.
