Increasingly fierce competition in the automotive market,reducing costs is the focus of attention in every car business.Logistics service as the "third profit source" of enterprises has become the consensus of the automotive industry.Vessel circulation of automotive parts is an important factor affecting the logistics efficiency and cost of automotive enterprises.It is also known as the last "oil field" found in logistics cost.It is an inevitable move for automobile enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency in the operation of automobile parts and containers.Combining with the topic of improving the operation cost of automobile parts container in DNZ enterprise,this paper firstly conducts on-site investigation and problem analysis on the current operation mode,operation process,distribution of container sorting area and division of responsibilities in each link of entrance logistics of DNZ enterprise,and finds that there exists logistics operation under the mode of personalized customization operation.For complex,container loss and idle costs.In order to solve these problems effectively,a common shared operation mode is introduced,which is conducive to improving the efficiency and cost of automotive parts container operation.Secondly,ABC cost method is used to construct the operation cost model of entrance logistics container under two modes,and three main factors affecting the operation cost of entrance logistics container for automobile parts in DNZ enterprise are found: the quantity of container input,the area of container arrangement area and the operation efficiency of container logistics.These three factors are all related to the operation cost of container.There is a linear relationship between species.Then,the concept of general rate of container type is summarized and refined,and the relationship between general rate of container type and operation cost of entry logistics container is analyzed.The operation cost model of entrance logistics container is calculated by substituting DNZ enterprise operation data.The results show that the higher the generic rate of container type,the lower the operation cost of entrance logistics container,and the generic rate of container type is the core parameter of common shared operation mode.Under the common shared operation mode,increasing the general rate of container types is one of the ways to reduce the cost of logistics container operation for automobile parts.Finally,from the point of view of reducing the operation cost of logistics container for automobile parts entering the market,this paper suggests that the operation mode of automobile parts container in DNZ enterprise should adopt the general shared operation mode,and puts forward the conditions for the transformation from personalized customized operation mode to general shared operation mode:(1)the transfer of property rights of current automobile parts container.(2)Improvement of current packaging design for automobile parts and containers;(3)Universal design of new products;(4)readjustment of operation process of entry logistics containers;(5)readjustment of site layout of container finishing area.
