Research On The Design Of Public Bicycle Based On Service Concept

With the arrival of big data's time,people's lifestyles and existing concepts have changed to a great extent,the quality and level of services have also gradually increased.With the promotion of service concepts,businesses and commodities are constantly changing to service-type,and public bicycles are no exception.As a public facility,public bicycles provide services for people.Compared with private cars,they have achieved zero pollution and zero emissions,it plays an important role in low-carbon environmental protection and has received more and more attention..According to market research,public bicycles in many cities meet the functional requirements in terms of design,but they lack humanistic design thinking based on service concepts and ignore people's emotional needs.Public bicycles have less respect for the user's use of the mentality.In the process of providing services,there are unclear lease procedures,lack of feedback on the query interface,and inaccurate maintenance.To solve the above problems,the paper applies the service concept to the design of public bicycles,collates the related theories of service design concepts,analyzes the features of the public bicycle system and the user service experience flow,explores the influencing factors of public bicycle design.The public bicycle design procedure and method,design principle,design evaluation method based on the service concept are proposed and verified by design examples.The study of the dissertation is of great significance to the development of service concept in the field of public bicycle design,providing reference for similar designs,at the same time,it is also conducive to the establishment of a "resource-saving,environment-friendly" two-type society,providing new ideas for the city's green development,with important social significance.
