| With the popularity of green traveling,the bicycle has become one of daily transportation tool.In most developed countries bicycle riding are encouraged.With the popularity of shared bicycles in China,personal cycling such as cycling tourism is also increasing.It is said that providing sufficient and concealed and safe bicycle parking facilities is an encouragement for cycling.This research is to design bicycle parking facilities based on the theory of Kansei Ergonomics which combines Kansei Engineering with Ergonomics.On the basis of the study of Kansei Ergonomics,bicycle parking facilities are designed with a new design method that can measure both the user’s psychological and physiological feelings.Firstly,according to Kansei Engineering theory a questionnaire is designed with the semantic difference method.The best perceptual design elements of the product are obtained through factor analysis and BP neural network analysis,and the morphological characteristics of bicycle parking facilities that meet user’s perceptual image are explored.Secondly,the human body physiology data are used as references,and the design of the scheme is combined with the best perceptual design elements.The human factor analysis of the scheme is performed based on the Jack software,and a simulation analysis report of digital humans is obtained for targeted improvement.The design scheme is compared with the human factor analysis results of common double-deck parking racks.The results show that the design scheme is more in line with ergonomic standards in the same simulation situation,and the survey results show that the design scheme and the user the perceptual image fits.The study indicates that products designed with the Kansei Ergonomic design procession simultaneously meet the user’s psychological needs and physiological feelings,which is very significance to practice.In this theme,Kansei Ergonomics is applied to the design of public facilities,and ergonomic simulation and other methods are adopted for simulation.The experimental process of Kansei Ergonomics is constructed in the study,and the "Sensory measurement" of Kansei Engineering is theoretically in connection with ergonomics.All these are applied to the design of urban public facilities to enrich the design methods of industrial design.At the same time,the design process can be applied to the product design that can affect the posture of the human body,so that the solution meets the user’s psychological needs on the one hand,and meets the user’s physiological use standards on the other. |
