Research On Quality Management Of Suppliers Of Company A

In the past 40 years since the reform and opening-up,people's living standard has become higher and higher and more families own their private cars,making China become a country with a large automobile production and sales volume.Meanwhile,consumers have higher demand for personalized cars,promoting the emergence of RV(Recreational Vehicle).As a result,The Chinese RV modification industry enters a stage of rapid development by leaps and bounds.However,every year,millions of cars are recalled due to product quality problems,which may even endanger the safety of passengers.Therefore,under the premise of satisfying people's personalized needs,improving the product quality of RVs has become an urgent problem to be solved.As a RV modification company,providing customers with higher quality products has become the future striving direction of company A.The quality level of suppliers' raw materials greatly affects the quality of products.This paper analyzes current supplier quality management of company A,summarizing the problems in supplier quality management of company A,such as lacking foresight in material procurement management,imperfect supplier access and elimination mechanism,incomplete supplier management organization structure,less systematic supplier performance evaluation management,company material storage management disorder,few supplier quality information sharing and so on.On account of the problems existing in the supplier quality management of company A,this paper proposes improvement suggestions from supplier quality management organization structure design,supplier selection,supplier quality monitoring,supplier performance evaluation and supplier incentive measures.In addition,this paper puts forward implementation plans in personnel training and supplier management training,quality information construction,and internal incentive system construction to ensure the effective implementation of the recommendations.Although many well-known scholars have studied the quality management of automotive industry,research on quality management of RV modification industry is still in its infancy because the RV industry is an emerging industry,RV modification industry is very complex and the quality management of RV parts industry involves many professional fields.Under the trend of demand upgrade,management upgrade and product upgrade,the upgrade of supplier quality management has become an inevitable trend.In summary,this paper has certain positive significance for promoting the improvement of the supplier quality management level in the entire special vehicle modification industry.
