Development On Temperature Detection System For Military Helicopter

Our study focus on the research of the temperature sensor and its relevant instrument of military helicopter.A kind of detection device to reach the function of detecting temperature sensor and its relevant instrument with in situ detection and off situ detection is developed in usage of a reliable temperature control system,accurate temperature sensor and modern virtual instrument technology with the cooperation with the relevant company.It can fulfill its function requirements according to the needs of the secondary interval of helicopter maintenance.The thermal resistance thermometer is the main part to focus on according to the operating principle,main parameters and operating characteristics of the common temperature senor used in helicopter.The detection method for temperature sensor and its relevant instrument with in situ detection and off situ detection is proposed after the research of the function parameter of Pt resistance temperature transducer.According to the requirements of portability,visibility and instrumentation proposed by military,the detection system focus on the building of temperature environment for testing and the control of temperature for the environment which is suitable for the temperature sensor with high accuracy.The mechanical structure and closed-loop control system of the detection device is designed with the help of the research on the heat exchange of the temperature field,the simulation model built for temperature control system and simulation results for temperature control with the method of PID combined with Smith prediction compensation method.To realize the data acquisition and processing,the hardware circuit is designed and system control program is coded with the help of the programming language LabVIEW.It provides guarantees for realizing the temperature control and providing the accurate temperature need for testing.The temperature detector is designed based on platform of virtual instrument technology.It realizes the interface function between machine and human and achieve the function to check system fault which provides technical method for the performance detection of the helicopter accessories and enriches the domestic airborne inspection equipment.
