Applied Research On Risk And Prevention Of International Trade In Marine Transportation,Insurance And International Settlements

In the background of economic globalization,the international trade market is marching forward steadily toward prosperity,domestic and foreign markets are gradually achieving convergence.In particular,at this time,China's " the Belt and Road " initiative promotes more freedom and more frequent exchanges to trade,international trade will be more encouraged and propelled.Whereas the opportunities and risks are always coexisting,the process of international trade is complicated and involves multiple rights and obligations,a comprehensive analysis of the risks is the possible way to avoid risks and protect own rights and interests.In this paper,takes China's marine transport(ocean freight)business as the main line,from the direction of international trade practice,respectively,explore on the release of goods without bill,insurance options and its clause interpretation and applications of bank guarantee tools such as letters of credit and guarantee.On the purpose to combine actual cases with the corresponding theories,to analyze how the international trade risk come into being,and how to effectively prevent.In the whole process of international trade,involves not only the buyers and sellers,but also the carrier,insurance companies,banks and many other third parties.So if this were to happen to completely avoid the risk or transfer the risk to another's body,is not fair and impossible to achieve.This paper will stand on on multilateral positions to analyze and discuss how to minimize the risks in the controllable range and to prevent the risks in advance.In a fair,friendly and honest trade environment to achieve the cooperation between buyers and sellers to achieve a virtuous circle of industry,and truly promote China's foreign trade development.
