In recent years,China's economic development is fast,the urbanization process has entered a rapid development stage.At the same time,the development of residential industry is particularly rapid.As a result,a common type of residential building is favored by developers because of its small shared area and other advantages,and is constructed in different fortification intensity areas.Therefore,research and comparison are made.The seismic performance of the same type of residential building under different fortification intensity is very necessary.At the very least,it is necessary to ensure that the structure designed meets the requirements of the anti-seismic code under earthquake action,that is,"small earthquake is not bad","moderate earthquake is repairable" and "big earthquake is not collapsed".And the key components of the structure which seriously threaten the overall seismic performance of the structure due to its own damage should be discussed in detail.In this paper,the common user type of shear wall structure of a residential building is taken as the research object,and the finite element analysis is carried out by using PKPM software.When the fortification intensity is 6,7(0.1g)and 7(0.15g),the response spectrum analysis of mode decomposition under frequent earthquakes and static elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes are carried out respectively.The different seismic responses of the structure under different fortification intensities are given,and the strengthening measures for the weak parts of the structure are put forward.Medium-earthquake simulation is carried out for three beams connecting the main body of the structure with special stairs and elevators.Whether there is over-reinforcement in the arrangement of the beams according to the scheme is analyzed.Improvement suggestions are put forward for the layout of the beam sections which can not meet the requirements.It provides a reference for the construction of this type of house in different areas in the future.This paper can summarize the following research and draw the corresponding conclusion:1.Consult and collect information about High-rise buildings,fully understand the stress characteristics,layout principles and development trends of shear wall structures.2.Under different fortification intensity,SATWE program is used to analyze the structure under multiple earthquakes by mode decomposition response spectrum method,and the whole structure is discussed.The results show that the seismicperformance index of the whole structure meets the requirements of the code in 6degree and 7 degree(0.1g)areas,and the maximum interstory displacement angle does not meet the requirements of the seismic code in 7 degree(0.15g)areas,which can be solved by increasing the layout of shear walls.3.Under different fortification intensities,Pushover program is used to analyze the structure under rare earthquakes,and different seismic responses of the structure under rare earthquakes are obtained.According to the characteristics of the structure and the requirements of seismic performance objectives,some seismic strengthening measures are proposed for the structure.4.In the area with 6 degrees of fortification intensity,the key components of the structure can be designed according to the beam section of the original scheme,but in the area with 7 degrees(0.1g)or 7 degrees(0.15g)of fortification intensity,the key components can no longer be designed according to the beam section of the original scheme,and corresponding solutions are needed.
