The consumption thermocouple has been used in the detection process of molten steel and high temperature molten metal temperature as the sensor,and the thermoelectric signal is transmitted to a remote thermometer compensation wire.The temperature measuring gun always moves while the compensation wire is fixed,there is a high failure rate in the joint by the way.Also it can cause a great error when the weak thermoelectric potential signals transmit over a long distance.Aiming at this problem,a fast thermocouple temperature measurement device based on wireless communication is designed,the wireless digital communication technology is used to ensure the accuracy of signal transmission,it also solve the problem that compensation wire and temperature gun's connection unreliable.The hardware and software design of the wireless temperature measurement device were mainly completed,also the related test and the experiment was carried on.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Compared several common wireless communication technology,combined with the needs of the mentoring program,wireless temperature measurement system solutions which based on ZigBee protocol was adopted finally.(2)The hardware design of wireless temperature measuring device has been finished.The hardware circuit is divided into display and control center,temperature acquisition module and power board.The main function of the temperature acquisition module is to collect the temperature and filtering,it adopts the Modbus.The Display and control center mainly realizes the judgment of the thermocouple equilibrium temperature point,the temperature displaying and the remote transmission.The power board mainly supplies 3.3V,5 V and 12V to the host computer,24 V of the voltage.(3)The software design of wireless temperature measurement device has been completed.The software is mainly divided into three parts:The temperature acquisition module,display and control center and client.Display and control center realizes the thermocouple thermal balance status judgment,the temperature displaying,as well as the data long-distance transmission and so on;The handset client side mainly receives and displays the temperature curve.(4)The experiment has been done and the error been analyzed.The work is to calibration the temperature acquisition module with the signal generator and seven and a half digital voltage meter at first,according to the test results the device then be improved,the results of the experiments are then analyzed under the conditions of noise-free,2%noise,and 5%noise,respectively.
