Wheelsets are the main load-bearing components in the course of moving a motor vehicle,and they are also prone to damage.Under normal driving conditions of a motor vehicle,the wheel pair is subject to the gravity load of the train itself and the wheel-rail force,which is prone to the problem of fatigue failure of the wheel pair,and more serious will cause safety accidents.Therefore,by observing the pressure change on the wheelset,the fatigue condition of the wheelset can be judged,and then the judgment of the running condition of the motor vehicle itself can be made.At present,under the background of the rapid development of China's high-speed railways,stricter requirements have been imposed on the safety detection technology of motor vehicles themselves.Therefore,a wheel-pair pressure monitoring system needs to be designed to meet the requirements,which is of great significance to the safety of motor vehicles.Aiming at the requirements of the actual operating environment of the motor vehicle,this paper proposes a design of a wheel wheel pressure detection system based on Zigbee technology based on the existing wheel wheel pressure detection method.The dissertation mainly conducts design research from three aspects of wheelset pressure data collection,data transmission and data analysis display.1?The data acquisition part adopts the method of wheel axis strain patch,calculates the wheel pair pressure by detecting the strain signal,and controls the peripheral filtering,rectification and other circuits for data processing through the single-chip PIC16F883,and outputs the wheel pair data pressure signal.2?The data transmission part mainly uses the CC2530 developed by TI as the main chip,the Z-stack protocol stack as the software platform foundation,and IAR for 8051 as the development software.The Zigbee terminal node receives the wheel pair pressure signal through the UART serial port,analyzes the data and re-Package and wirelessly communicate with the Zigbee coordinator network in the car,truly solve the problem that the car cannot be connected,and use 4G transparent transmission technology to send data to the upper computer.3?The data analysis and display part mainly receives the wheel pair pressure signal,and analyzes,caches and stores the data.Finally,the data information is extracted from the database,and the data is presented in a graphical manner using the Web.The whole design realizes the separation of wheel pair pressure collection and real-time monitoring display,and truly realizes remote real-time monitoring.The graphic display judges the stress and fatigue of the wheel pair,which is convenient for responding to unexpected situations in a timely manner and effectively solves the problem of moving vehicles Security issues.
