Research On The Construction Risk Management Of Ideal City In A Real Estate Corporation

From the perspective of China's economic structural adjustment and steady growth look,Real estate as a highly integrated and resource-intensive industries,it has a strong correlation along with economic development which is going through and will face many risks.Especially in recent years,real estate development and construction accident-prone areas,the risk capital strand breaks is the need to strengthen and highlight the importance of the real estate project risk management research.Thesis study based on the Ideal City project of A real estate company which was founded in 2010,It is located in the northeast regional market for investment and real estate development.During six years project development,A company trying to establish a risk management system for Ideal City real estate development project,in order to enhance the level of project management.this paper using project risk management theory in the research process,between the existing research knowledge and coupled with the real estate practice by document research and interviews etc.in order to examining the Ideal City project of A real estate company's risks,there are eight major risks including political and policy risk,economic and market risks,the natural environmental risks,legal risks,security risks,financial risks,risk management and organization and engineering and technical risks eight risk.The assessment these risks during the research,to propose the Ideal City project construction stage risk coping strategies and monitoring policies.The study will help the project during the construction stage have a better control that is a whole overall way to ensure the smooth realization of the project intended to develop investment income.At the same time,A real estate company's construction stage of the Ideal City project implementation process three Risk Management,as well as a comprehensive review and examine the process operation of the project management.
